I was just wondering what sort of sytems and ethos other companies on here undertake to conduct customer satisfaction reviews.
Plus what procedures you follow to impliment quality control on your services.
Seems important to me considering customer retention is of the highest prioity for any busines. Especially considering the cost it takes to find just one client.

Hiya Phil,
We send out a customer satisfaction to all our clients after we finish a project. Some like it the more formal way and then some prefer to give us their feedback on the phone or by email.
Feedback is essential to every business as you said.
As for quality control with our services, we get feedback from the client each step of the way. Designers can work in 2 ways. They can design something and take it to the finished article before asking for your opinion or they can get feedback on each major step. We get feedback at each step, this allows the client to stay in control of the project but also means less room for error or misunderstanding. Infact saying that its probably like that with every business not just design.
What do you do to get feedback and guarantee customer satisfaction Phil ?
