Hi, I am helping my friend set up a business. He wants to start a ltd company and be either director or secretary. Is there any credit checks carried out for both these posts. He has some CCjs from a few years ago and I wonder if he will still be able to be a director or secreatary? Can anyone help? He has a brilliant idea and I think he will do well in his business. Thanks
