Unfortunately I can not give you any names of suppliers but I thought i'd make one suggestion. Have you thought about approaching a fashion design school and enlisting the help of a talented design student to work with you in designing and putting together a collection of your own dresses. You can have full control of design, fabric etc and it may work out cheaper???

It's a little out of the box but I thought i'd throw it in there.
