myself and a collegue are currently looking at buying a lease on a town centre bar.  we are confident in the location, suppliers have provided prices and margins look good.  our intial preception of the cost of refurbishment appears to have been misjudged based on follow up viewings.  can anyone advise on the rough cost of stripping a 200 capicity room back and creating flat walls ready for furnishing.
