Does the business has any muscle.
I like to ask members what they think about a Travel Agency business operated from an automated website and telephone service.
The business comes with full indemnity insurance so the customers' money is fully protected.
My question is whether members think the business has any potential to succeed.

If I was a customer, I wouldn't want to buy anything from a robot.... What would be your USP?

I've done a fair amount of work for travel agents, you'll probably find that what you are trying to do already exists.
Customers visit their website, book online, receive everything via e-mail, absolutely no need to contact the travel agent.
Professional indemnity insurance probably wouldnt cover the holiday mind you. Travel agents have to have ABTA insurance, which you have to pay upfront usually and it's in the tenths of thousands of pounds. If your going to sell built up holidays, i.e. flight and accommodation booked seperately then really you'd need to be ATOL bonded, which again costs money.
There are companies out there who provide package holiday searches for websites, as well as websites which allow visitors to build their own holiday, these cost about £1000 to £2000 a month depending on the options you choose.
