I am thinking about setting up a property auction in south east london.
I would like to know if anyone has any idea about how to go about setting about 3 auctions a year.
What are the regulations
what are the start up costs
how do we get repossessed properties
how to get clients
what's the best marketing possibillities.

Any help would be much appreciated as we are just starting off and are literally looking not to make to many mistakes!!!
