I've been trying out espotting and Google adwords but the cost of doing this is taking everything i make.[

SEO (acronym) Search Engine Optimisation.
The process of altering your sites existing content or producing new content in order that it better matches the requirements of the Search Engines for achieving a good position in the listings and therefore improving traffic to your site.

I can recommend Sam Steane at Forty-First (http://www.forty-first.co.uk) - one of the rare female SEOs! She specialises in ethical practice, she knows her stuff and doesn't charge the earth.
best of luck
