Hello. I am new to this board, joined today!
One of my plans is that I want to start my own food products and long term would like to sell them to major supermarket chains.
Is there anyone on this board doing something similar? What sort of things (especially regulatory/legal) issues do I have to consider?

I do know a Business Advisor who has very successful experience in dealing with the large supermarket chains. He was involved in getting books into the supermarkets back when this was a fairly new concept. If you want him to contact you for a chat then I can arrange this.
Cheers.
