Hi, I stumbled accross this forum and thought some of you might be able to help me out of my dilema.

Thinking about setting up a DVD rental business, not the traditional bricks & mortar but a new 'fully automated' concept rather like getting DVD's from an ATM - still in a shop though. It's 24/7. Thinking about doing this in one of the fastest growing Northern cities in the city centre since at present there is no facility to hire DVD's.

Am I taking a huge gamble here? so confused whether to do it in light of the new Online subscription DVD rental growth and soon to come Video on Demand. Help!!!!!!!!
