I am starting a company to take groups of people on trips overseas and am wondering what insurance I need.

The activities will not be dangerous, but will involve a mixture of visits to organisations and cultural activities. We will be travelling in developing countries where sanitation is not always ideal.

I will be employing contractors to help me, but the company will not have any employees apart from myself.

I will be taking out travel insurance to cover the group, but are there other sorts of insurance will I need? Public liability insurance, for example? Employer's liability insurance? Professional indemnity insurance?

Any help you could give me would be most appreciated.
