Hey, brownnose away, makes my ego feel good especially after recent weeks.
But thankyou for your comments, i may not have a university degree behind me, but i am in the same boat as everyone else on here - just trying to succed, and if i what i say helps than great - if it hinders im sure ill be told - we are outspoken bunch of people and long may it rain.
