Is it just me... But I find increasingly these days that the general attitudes of shop staff and other company employee's leaves a lot to be desired. And turns me into a major grump
I hate buying a burger from any of the main burger joints to find the filling spilling out of the bun or flat cola.
Why do companies let this go on... Do they think the general public will take any old rubbish ? - is there no pride in their own service ?
Not all buisnesses are the same, But what a breath of fresh air when someone goes that extra mile for you - And we in turn go back to them over and over
Thats my moan over with

Thats why, as you said, we go the extra mile to help all our clients. For example - 3 weeks ago we had someone come to us for a logo design and stationery design. During long talks with them it became clear that they would need flyers and posters as well to advertise their business. This was suggested by me and because it was just a way to make their business progress and not just an upselling technique - we designed them for free ! Of course they paid for the print but the design came free.
Wheat bugs me ?
People, who can offer you a service by phone but not produce anythign in writing by post OR email to back it up.
Companies who dont give me a date for the arrival or even rough date for the completion of a project or delivery of something.
You have to take pride in your service or business, no matter how small or big ! Otherwise the client knows. I once went to a sales technique conference a few years ago that said in one of their first talks " Remember, the customer is stupid ! "
That was one of the worst conferences I have ever been to. But at the same time it taught me a lot.
