Hi,
If my company wanted to donate money to a specific charity is that just simply a case of writing a cheque? I assume it counts in the same way as an expense - ie. it doesn't count as profit so no tax is payable on it?
Or is it more complicated than that? Are there any tax or regulatory implications?
Thanks,
John.
