Hi all, anyone know where I can get a standard partnership agreement document from on-line ? Had a couple of quotes for £40+ but wondered if there was a standard one available for err... free !

The low cost templates normally impose their idea of partnership on your business model, ie you need to fit that rather than it being written for you.
Most templates are between £25-£125 plus VAT but as you will only get to test it in hot water when the partnership is in trouble do think long and hard about using a cheap option.
It might seem a good economic decision now to scrimp on legal stuff but in a few years time when the business has value you may find yourself in trouble.
