I will be operating as a sole trader, using a business name not my personal name. I am also going to form a Ltd co (with me as a director), and leave this as dormant, to protect the business name incase i wish to incorporate later. The dormant co name will be the same as the business name i am using as a sole trader - will this cause any problems ? Will it be viewed that the business i am conducting should be accounted through the ltd co ?
