I am looking to advertise for free on US/ Australian etc web sites to get my eBaystore known....................also who could I send write ups to?

A good way of going about write ups is to create press releases, these can be free or chargable but generate good links if through reputable companies.
Advertising free sounds ok, but what are you loooking for? free advertising sites will generate very few real leads. A good way of building business is to use someone like clix galore, an affilate based in Australia, you would only pay them if a sale occured.
