In response to the continued flooding crisis across England and Wales, BT is extending the offer of giving affected business customers the use of its support service for free.
BT Assurance Plus is normally a paid-for service providing support for technical problems such as line faults, broadband problems and handset issues.
The company originally said it would offer the service free of charge throughout July to help businesses disrupted by the floods get their IT and communication services back up and running.
However, given the ongoing impact of the floods the service will now be free until the end of August.
BT Business customers with a fault can call 0800 990088 quoting reference Extreme Weather Offer to receive the free service.
