The franchise opportunity, home or office based, is to manage and co-ordinate the services of the network on behalf of homebuyers and sellers in your local area. You don’t need to be a Surveyor, Solicitor or Home Inspector, you just need to be good with people and have a strong desire to succeed. But as well as running your own professional services company there is the option for you to train and gain a professional qualification to become an Energy Assessor, Home Inspector or a RICS Tech Surveyor. We provide and manage a structured training programme for each franchisee to help them towards qualification. Once qualified, you increase your personal value in the market place through a skill that can last a lifetime.

Type Of Franchisees

Essentially there are no particular skills required. Some knowledge of the property market gained either as a property investor or from working in a property related market might be useful but full training is provided.

The main thing is that you are good with people and have the desire and ambition to be successful. You will be driving your business forward through managing your Home Moving Advisor team and developing your reputation locally.

Training And Support

You can expect full training and support in running a Home Moving Advisor Team. In addition you would have the option to achieve a professional qualification as an Energy Assessor, Home Inspector, or RICS Tech Surveyor. This would be managed through our structured training programme.

Financial Details

There is an initial start-up fee of £5000. Territories vary in price according to value and this is determined by the average number of property transactions. Minimum initial license fee is £15,000.
