We're offering free setup with no monthly fees on all of our telecoms services for the next few months, we offer all the usual non-geographic telephone number services including 0800 (freephone), 0845 (lo-call rate) and 0844 (from 1ppm to 5ppm) with diversion possible for landlines and mobiles in the UK.

We also offer Fax2Email, a service that provides you with a 0844 or 0845 telephone number to receive faxes on which will then automatically forward your fax message to your nominated email address (including multiple addresses), you can also view and download your fax messages any time via our easy to use web based control panel.

Another service we've recently launched is Voicemail2Email, in the same way that Fax2Email sends your faxes to your email mailbox, Voicemail2Email provides you with a customisable voicemail box that will convert your customers/friends voicemail messages into an audio attachment and then forward them to your nominated email address(es). You can record your own personal greeting and you can also check your voicemail messages via telephone as well as email.

There are no setup or monthly charges for Voicemail2Email or Fax2Email when used with 0844 and 0845 telephone numbers and you can sign up online for instant activation via our website at www.firstcitytelecom.com/fax2email for Fax2Email numbers or www.firstcitytelecom.com/voicemail2email for Voicemail2Email services.

We also offer freephone numbers with no monthly charges or setup fees with diversion to UK landlines from 4p per minute and 0845 and 0844 numbers that pay you a revenue share for each call you receive (not available on Voicemail or Fax numbers).
