I'm making the first tentative steps in preparing a business idea. Initally I am wanting to produce a couple of questionnaires. As you can see from the signature I've used Survey Monkey as a bit of a test, although I would prefer to be able to put a questionnaire on my homepage initally and collect the relevant data myself and also make it look a little more professional than the link below.
Can anyone tell me how easily this is achieved and in what formats am I able to capture the information that has been collected?
