Hi,

we are interested in starting up a small Thai food stall in Hillingdon/Middlesex. It should be put up just for the lunch time and preferably close to a market. Does anyone know about the regulations regarding that? Are there general rules to follow or certain bodies to contact? Any ideas and advice are warmly welcomed!
