I need: Company Formation and Big Four Business Account. I would rather pay good money for a good service.

For the formation are you after advice or just a transactional service?
For the former, I would suggest your accountant so you get the right structure set up and make sure you actually need one right now (lots of people set up companies far to early on and dont realise what they are getting into) For the later there are any number of them out there. Quick formations is one I use personally, just go for the cheap option most of the “extras” are just fluff and you probably don’t need them. Clients tell me that the helpline is also good if you get stuck.
As for bank accounts, its a bit of a lottery depending on your branch, have a search for banking threads its a very common question about which one to chose. They generally fall over themselves to offer you an account.
