Hi,
I am in the process of starting a recruitment agency to supply skilled/unskilled workers from outside the EU to U.K. employers.
I have the staff, however placing my clients is extremely difficult due to them requiring a work permit/visa, whereas workers from within the E.U. do not have have the same problems.
I would be grateful for any ideas, help, advice or even tie up with an established company already involved in this business.
Thanking you in anticipation.

We deal with the applications of work permits for clients and due to changes in the Immigration laws in April of this year the process is time consuming. The legal obligations on your business and that of those accepting these workers is a high one. Are you operating in a skills shortage area? As if you are not then the work permits will be unlikely to be successful.
