Hi there,
I have recently started up a property business offering Sales/ lettings/Investments/ Overseas Property/Finance solutions/ Legal solutions/ property maintence etc.
I have a few partners/ affiliates I am planning to work with. I would like to place there logo and link on my website and earn commission on the number of clicks they get from my website. I am also planning to charge them an advertising. Does anyone know how I charge them and the most cost effective solution for this process? Is double click or pay per click viable?
Thank you.

In the past I've put a banner on a website that charged be £x.xx per click.
A couple of other things you could do are-
Charge a set fee to them to put their logo on your site- say £x per month.
See if they have an affiliate scheme that you can sign up to

Hi Surya
Joining an affiliate scheme could be very profitable, providing you pick the correct scheme to join and your able to generate targetted traffic to the landing page or website.
Google Adwords is a very effective marketing vehicle for testing out new product ideas and services which I reccommend, especially if your trying to generate more leads and sales. If the results obtained from this strategy is successful you are then in a poisiton to apply a similar message to other online and offline marketing vehicles. Whenever your using pay per click, makesure you do your maths. Work out the value per vistior so you can determine your maximum cost per click, to break even and make a profit.
Wishing you all the success in the world,

Your idea is good and I assume you have enough traffic on your website to make it worthwhile for others to advertise on it. However, I think it's best if you do all this in a centralized manner, maybe through an affiliate program. Otherwise, you will have 4-5 different advertisers that you need to deal with individually, rather than having everything on a single account.
Good luck!
