Hi Chris
I would add a contact form so that people can get in touch directly through the site. Some of your photos are a little out of focus and dark. So I would either try and take them again or ask a photographer to do it. Maybe you know someone who is interested in photography ?

Sorry thought this would post individual, thank you guys, yes the pics are not very good, i cant afford to get them taken professionally, now just now anyways, as for the pics on home page, i know what you mean, there is a list of best sellers there, but am no sure if os commerce lets you have pics on home page of best sellers, i am hopeless with these things.
thought there was a contact page, i need to look into this, thank you so much for all your help guys.

You should really put a contact form on there too. It makes it easier for people to reach you. When looking at sites, if its not easy and quick then people looks elsewhere.

Excellent colour scheme.
On the homepage the blank space in the top right corner seems a terrible waste of space. Why not put in one of your 'new products for March'? I didn't even see these the first time as I didn't scroll down.
Similarly there is a huge empty space smack in the middle. Why not list just 4 bestsellers but with pictures of them?
The contact page produced an internal error for me. Also the 'handmade soaps' link on the home page produced no products.
I found the lip balm page confusing. The 'Balm scent' and 'Colour' options should be in a drop-down list to avoid customers purchasing things that you cannot supply.
