Has anyone on here created an Amazon zshop?

I need help with selecting the right options to get the look of my shop correct. I've seen lots of other zshops created and can't get mine looking the same.

The amazon help pages just send me round in circles! I've had 4 people including a web designer look it the problem and no one can work it out.

If you have created a zshop before I'd be willing to pay for help with getting mine right. But please only contact if you have done one before, I'm not willing to pay someone to have a go by chance.
