I use my printer (an epson Acculaser c900 colour laser printer) an awful lot for my business as I print my own catalogues and, as I'm sure you can imagine, consumables are very expensive.
I tried to get my cartridges refilled at Cartridge World in Bury which was a huge mistake as they did not seem to know what they were doing, and to cut a long story short, their inadequate filling of the cartridges caused them to leak all over the inside of my printer, thus breaking it and losing me a weeks work while Epson sorted me out with a new printer!
I was wondering whether anybody knew of anywhere I can get cheap cartridges, or whether I was just unlucky and chose the wrong place to get my cartridges refilled!
Thanx!

Many moons ago i used a company called choice stationery, i think you can find them through google, their service and prices we're very good.
And while i'm at it I must get a plug in for my website, if you're printing your catalougues on your home printer the quality and cost per item will no doubt be more expensive than if you were to have them professionally printed (hopefully!!)
Anyways, check out our site, if you need short to medium run print, we're a good resource.
Best of luck with the refills :-)

Hi Claire
I would not recomend that you use refills for your Epson Printer for the following reasons
Epson use seperate Print heads and refills will damage these rendering your printer uneconomic to repair.
Refills will not provide the same colour as originals
You will get less ink from refills than you will from the manfactures.
However you may well be able to make some savings with the paper and changing the print settings on your printer - It is starange but the paper has an effect on the amount of ink placed on the page - so you might get cheaper paper and more ink.
ALthough I am in the IT industry we do not sell either manufactures Ink or refills.

Printer cartridge ink costs more per litre than vintage champagne. "Which" reccomend you use 3rd party ink:

Using ink direct from cannon or epson, you are just paying for the name. We have been using generic toners for years and had zero problems. Saving large sums.

Try www.inkcycle.co.uk. They are quite cheap and offer cash back on returned cartridges.
They were the cheapest online supplier for me.
