Hello,
I write this post to offer financial help and support to people who wish to start up or develop their businesses further. I am an individual who has funds available to provide seed capital for start-ups & additional funds to established/trading companies looking for finance.
I have no preferences for any particular business sectors, I will look at any ideas/business plans that have potential.
My maximum for any individual investment would be £10,000 – that’s for any extremely good idea / business plan. However there is always the possibility that I can invest more – it all depends on what impression I get from a variety of factors which I use in my decision making process.
The size of the minority stake will be negotiated once I have a clear idea of how much risk capital funding is required.
My minority stake will also share in the profits generated by the business.
I will require an Investment Agreement document together with any other necessary legal documents to be signed before releasing funds.
I am a long-term investor who does not seek any day-to-day or direct involvement in the operation of the business.
If you are interested in moving forward with this matter - what I need from you is brief information on:
What is you business idea
Why do you think it will be successful
What are your funding requirements
I have a Confidentiality Agreement if required & will also sign your own confidentiality agreement if requested.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely

As IanJ mentioned the last time this chap posted and I too am not indicating that this poster is nothing but genuine; I would feel uncomfortable imparting sensitive business data to someone who uses a random mix of numbers in their email address.
If the poster is genuine, I retract the above and apoligise, but I think we would all appreciate it if he gave a little more information about his Business Angel set-up before requesting more details from ourselves...

It's always a bit suspicious when somebody in a certain field has an obscure e-mail address and no website.
If you do speak to the business angel ask for some background on previous investments, references and definitely a confidentiality agreement.
By the way, I am the son of a deceased Nigerian prince and am looking to invest $45 million in the UK, can you help?

Owenq, I do not normally deal in these sums but if I give you my bank account details you could hold the money there for a while why we work out how best to invest it?
