I have recently launched an affiliate program to try and bring more exposure too my site and the services that it offers.
I am offering 20% per sale.
The problem is I have had very little interest in the scheme.
Does anyone have any pointers or suggestions on what is going wrong.
You can view the scheme here.

I don't know what the charges are but I am a member of www.affiliatewindow.com
They have a huge membership of "affiliate experts"
This could get you the exposure that you are looking for.
Check it out, it's got to be worth a look.

I just quit my contract with Affiliate Window and set-up my own free standing one actually.
With AF Window, It cost me almost £1000 to join and then their fees alone are almost £150 per month.
There were two main reasons I cancelled though:
Most of the AF Window links we had were on these bargain basement super-huge, sprawling affiliate systems that did neither us nor the brands we represent any favours. We had £1200 bespoke Tyler surfboards popping up on sites like bag-a-bargain-uk.com or whatever they were called. I'm not a brand snob in any way but marketing logic tells me that it's not a good premium brand strategy!!
Second reason is I don't believe support we received from AF Window warrants their the monthly fees. Nor do I have faith in their system. We've experienced several serious issues with their reporting of GHOST sales and they show a complete lack of interest in investigating.
Anyway - there's my view of AF Window for what it is worth!
If you want to make your affiliate scheme work, my recommendation is for you to get out there, find the sites that would compliment your own and phone up the business owner or send him a personal email explaining what you are doing and what benefit it would be to them. That's what I have done. Then you can tailor banners or links or whatever to their site too.
