Applicants must have a proven track record in business to business sales as well as sound people management skills. Your sales experience will ideally have been gained in the IT sector relating to our web-based application development services. This role is largely autonomous and will require the incumbent to be a self starter. The ideal candidate will be committed to implementing sales best practice, be strategic and proactive with a 'can do' attitude. Reporting to the Managing Director, as a member of the senior management team you will be set realistic but challenging sales targets and will be given the autonomy to explore new ways of working to help grow sales.
