I am venturing into importing textiles from China for the first time and and am aware of the differing tariffs etc and that the goverment put quotas on certain goods but does anyone know how do we find out when these quotas have been filled and they wont allow anymore imports in the country? I dont want to order then my goods be stuck somewhere for ages, and where do they put goods they dont allow in the country? Sorry for being so naive, when do these Quotas begin and end, the financial year or calendar?? HELP!
