I am looking for a business partner to set up a first class fish and chip business in south London or Surrey/kent borders. Ideally I would like to find someone who has some of the following attributes

•Worked or managed a fish and chip or retail catering business before
•Solvent
•Ambitious, creative, motivated & committed who can make the business a great success
•Consistent high standards of product, customer care, hygiene, health & safety

Preferably I’m looking for a 50/50 partnership. I may consider other options.

I have a successful career history in the media with management experience (recently made redundant). I have a general knowledge of running a business and have worked in hospitality / catering previously but not of recent years.
